Vintage Two piece Folk Inspired set

Open blouse style. Tried to do some research regarding on this piece, tag says "Birds Hong Kong", and is made in Hong Kong. Feels inspired by Netherland folk outfits. Really cool details throughout. Some sewing is crooked and have some not great, worst spots shown in photos. Some staining shown in photos. Top Measurements: this is an open blouse so I'm just going to do flat measurements: 19", 19" waist. Skirt, non flat measurements: 38" Waist (Drawstring adjustable). 42" Hip.
