Rare 1920's 1930's Perfetex Gym Green playsuit Romper size XL

Unique and rare 1920-30’s gym romper in green. Measurements: 44" Bust, 42" Waist, 50" Hip. Features button closure on shoulder and side, one pocket. Has belt loops but missing original belt. The only other listing of this garment tells us that the MET collection has a similar piece from this same maker from 1926.
