This is an Oscar de La Renta for Appel Wrap Dress, taffeta material with velvet accents. This dress is in not great condition. It has holes, stains, and popped seams. The major ones: Stain on right chest, 2 popped seams on left waist line, ripped and safety pinned tie of wrap on right hand side, staining on left sleeve, ripped bottom hem on left side.
