1930's Black Velvet Ruffle Bow Top

1930's or earlier velvet top with ruching and puff sleeves. Softest velvet. Keyhole back with I'm assuming glass button (Cold to touch) black bead button closure at neck. Side zipper, no real wear than I can see. Measurements: 38" Bust, 30" Bust. Looks like it'd best fit a small
