Antique French Art Noveau Blue Toned Flower Bouquet. Very rare art noveau brooch with huge rhinestones. Only saw one other similar one on Etsy of a different variety! Basic C style clasp. Scratched up a bit, a little cloudy due to age, only noticeable up close. Hand painted. Great condition. All rhinestones in tack. 4"" across. 2"" across at widest point.
