Return Policy
All products are sold as-is in vintage condition. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during shipping.
To request a return for a damaged item, contact us at shop@houseofdow.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damage, and the original packaging.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
